Virtual machining at the 2026 CIRP General Assembly

At this year’s General Assembly, Dr.-Ing. Florian Wöste, speaking on the topic “On the effect of process stiffening and process damping on milling dynamics”, and Dr Felix Finkeldey, presenting “Explainable expert models for process-state-specific predictions of chatter vibrations in milling”, were in attendance and were able to present their latest research findings to a large audience of specialists during the event.
